Shipping policy

All orders will ship within 5 days, unless otherwise noted.  Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs.  Resolute Candles has no control over any delays.
