Refund policy

All items are inspected carefully before shipping and packaged in special boxes to ensure quality delivery.

Due to the nature of our product, Resolute Candles cannot be refunded or returned.  We will however, give a replacement or refund any products that have been damaged during the shipment process.  (Photo proof must be submitted to hello@resolutecandles.com within 5 days of delivery.)

In the event of damage, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery.  Please contact us at hello@resolutecandles.com for more information.

If you are unhappy with your scent choice, you may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on all return and exchange items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any applicable tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@resolutecandles.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return information as well as where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
